About Transition
We support the transition to a sustainable society
Transition is a danish company founded in 2014 to accelerate the transition to a sustainable society. We conduct technical screenings, provide strategic advice, and combine data analysis and communication with anthropological insights, because people must realise the transition.
We work interdisciplinary and have around 50 employees with deep expertise in sustainability.
Legislation and sustainability requirements have become a strategic precondition
We adapt our advice and solutions based on our clients’ specific needs and situation to meet their operational and strategic ambitions.

At Transition, we work exclusively with sustainability, and all our work rests on a foundation consisting of four core values. They are an expression of how we work and what our purpose is. Our four core values translates to:

ESG Report 2024
We have published our first ESG report. The report is based on the Voluntary Standard for SMEs (VSME).
In addition to the disclosure requirements of the standard, the report also contains definitions and other guidance to help other companies understand and prepare ESG reports.
