Climate Profiles

Climate Profiles

Climate profiles are aimed at municipalities that want to take action to provide citizens with knowledge, advice, and guidance on how they can reduce their climate footprint.

Content of a climate profile for households

A large part of our emissions comes from consumption and behavior, which makes it relevant to look at how citizens can reduce their climate footprint.

One of our energy advisors holds a meeting with the homeowner – usually in connection with a home energy check

During this meeting, the household’s private consumption (CO2 emissions) is reviewed. This involves data collection in the following areas:

  • The home
  • Transportation
  • Travel
  • Diet

Based on this consumption information, we discuss where it is realistic for the household to make improvements and change their habits.

After the meeting, the homeowner will receive a report that illustrates and describes their current CO2 emissions, how the chosen measures can be implemented, and the positive effects of the realistic improvements agreed upon during the meeting.
